At Feela, we understand that plans can change. This cancellation policy outlines the terms for cancelling a service booking made through our platform.
Free Cancellation: You may cancel your booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time at no charge.
Late Cancellations (within 2 hours of the booking): A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost may apply, depending on the provider's time and travel commitment.
No-Show: If the service provider arrives and is unable to reach you or begin work due to your unavailability, a 100% fee may be charged.
Service providers must give at least 2 hours' notice if they need to cancel.
Repeated last-minute cancellations by providers will lead to penalties or removal from the platform.
You may reschedule your appointment for free up to 30 days in advance.
Log into your Feela account, go to “My Bookings”, select the appointment, and choose Cancel or Reschedule. You can also contact support for help.
In cases of emergencies or unavoidable situations (e.g., medical emergencies, extreme weather), please contact Feela support. We may waive fees at our discretion.
